Sing-Flow Seed Trading Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. From the beginning to the end, we treat vegetable breeding with great enthusiasm for over two decades. In the early years, we focused on Brassicaceae plants, including Chinese cabbage ( Brassica rapa ) and cauliflower ( Brassica oleracea ). The resulting strains were awarded “the Champion of heat-tolerant Chinese cabbage＂and “the Champion of early cauliflower＂in 1994, respectively. These achievements had laid the operational foundation of us.

In 2004, we adopted the diversification strategy, and widened the directions of development. We expanded the self-research, industry-university cooperation projects and variety authorization of Solanaceae and Cucurbitaceae. After two years, we successfully bred a new variety of cherry tomato, Summer Red, which is heat-tolerant, precocious and more suitable for cultivation in tropical regions compared with the other existing varieties. Summer Red´s annual production area in Asia could reach about 10,000 to 13,000 ha after promotion, and this has opened the gate of international trade for us.

The environmental oscillation of vegetable cultivation becomes more and more severe due to the increasing occurrence frequency of extreme climate events. In view of this, we considered stress-resistant varieties as our new breeding objective. We developed a novel cultivar of early cauliflower with greater heat tolerance in 2012, and simultaneously established the molecular marker detection platform for the cauliflower seed purity. We trust that we can offer the seeds of various vegetable cultivars with the best quality and the highest purity to farmers around the world in the near future, and we always appreciate the favor of all the distributors, producers and consumers.
